Client Care Coordinator
As the first point of contact for our practice, you are more than a receptionist - you are a bridge to healing. We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator who blends organizational excellence with a deeply compassionate heart. In this vital role, you will manage scheduling and administrative flow, ensuring every person who reaches out feels seen, heard, and respected.

A friendly, outgoing personality
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable and compassionate on the phone with clients
Previous administrative experience or familiarity with working in a mental health or healthcare setting preferred.

You’ll be a key part of our front-office staff, ensuring that clients feel welcomed and our systems run smoothly. Some of the main duties include:
Engaging with new clients over the phone to guide them through our intake process with warmth
Connecting clients with the right therapist based on their needs and availability
Scheduling initial appointments by coordinating calendars for multiple providers with care and efficiency
Nurturing the initial relationship between the practice and the community
Attentively and accurately entering info into our EHR system
Using your creative side with light marketing tasks like social media, community outreach, and referral building
Helping the team stay on track by tracking intake metrics and conversion rates
Child and Adolescent Therapist
Faith First is seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our growing private practice. In this role, you will provide specialized, trauma-informed care to children, teens, and their families, helping them navigate life’s hardest seasons with grace and skill.
We are especially looking for a clinician who has experience working with children and adolescents. We value clinicians with diverse interests. Depending on your training and preferences, you may also have opportunities to work with:

Clinical Supervision

Master’s or doctorate in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
Fully licensed in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) or pursuing licensure (associate-level applicants welcome).
Preferred experience: Working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
Passionate about helping others, and eager to work in a supportive team environment.
Commitment to depth-oriented work and aptitude for navigating complex clinical presentations

This is a W-2 employee position, so:
Your taxes are taken care of, no quarterly payments or 1099 hassle.
You’re paid for time off which includes vacations or personal days.
You have job stability and flexibility without worrying about business operations.
This position is full-time with the expectation to see a minimum of 25 clients per week.
This is primarily an in-person position with minimal remote work as needed.
